Australian labradoodle therapy dogs are used as service dogs because of their gentle temperament and their great sense of smell. They are amazingly calm dogs too which makes them great service animals. Of course it is impossible to deny just how beautiful these pups are. Any therapy dog regardless of the breed has to have special training. The training for these dogs start at a young age like about six weeks to eight weeks old.

These dogs are trained to do service work for several different things such as work with the blind, autism, senior citizens, and any other physical or mental handicap. The puppies that have a lot of human interaction are going to be the most compatible service animals. Breeders of service dogs usually can tell which puppies have the personalities and temperament to work with certain people with certain disabilities.

When selecting a service dog you need to let the breeder know exactly what you expect from your service dog. You will usually pick your service dog while it is a puppy so that the breeder can train your service dog to do the things that you request. If you need your service dog to do certain things the breeder will train your dog to do what you want it to do.

Diabetes service dogs are fairly new but they are amazing service animals and have saved numerous lives of children. Service dogs of any kind are so well trained that when they are on duty they know their job and they do not detour from that job.

Australian labradoodles are great service dogs. A therapy dog is a dog that has special training before it can be used as a therapy dog. These dogs go to prisons, adoption homes, hospitals, nursing homes and mental hospitals. The therapy dogs give people hope and life their spirits. Some people even believe that these dogs help sick people start to get well. This isn't proven but a lot of people do believe it.

A therapy animal must pass certain requirements before they can become a therapy animal. They have to be able to handle large and loud crowds, allow strangers to pet and touch them, follow instructions immediately and not jump on people. These dogs are around a lot of people and need to be very well trained and behaved. They also are around children and they need to be trained to not jump on the children because these children are sick.

These dogs have such great senses of smell they are wonderful for epileptics that have seizures because they can tell when their master is about to go into a seizure and can even warn them. They can be trained to tell when a seizure is about to accrue. There are even some service dogs that can retrieve medications and bring it to their masters.
