Ingredients
1 ½ pounds boneless, skinless chicken breast strips, cut into ¼ to 1/8-inch thickness
Seasonings, such as sage, rosemary and parsley
Remove any excess fat from the chicken and coat the strips with the seasonings. Place them evenly on the food dehydrator tray, making sure the strips do not touch each other. Place the trays in the dehydrator at 140 degrees. Keep the strips in there until they are fully dry, which could take anywhere from several hours to 12 hours.
